After speaking with him about his products I was overjoyed to learn that his pieces are all environmentally friendly! He explained to me that the environmental savings start right at the very beginning by refrigerating the hides rather than covering them in large quantities of salt. All of the leather pieces used in his rugs are the scraps that are usually thrown away after the large upholstery quantities have been cut to size. Not only are the rugs green but they are also fully functional with thick rubber backing that will keep them from slipping on the floor. Kyle works one on with designers and clients to create custom designs tailor made to any space. Having specified a few of his rugs for a high end project in the Emirates I can personally say that Kyle is very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with.
