Allowing clients to see exactly what they are getting before it is built and allowing for open dialogue on changes, design features, lighting quality and many other aspects creates a tool for designers unlike ever seen before. With most clients not having a design or architecture background understanding the end product is always a battle. Hand sketches and renderings can evoke a feel, scale or quality but can easily be perceived differently by each viewer.
