‘Tis Ramadan season in the sweltering summer heat of Dubai. It’s like Christmas in July… twinkling lights and decorations adorning malls, restaurants and streetscapes. People are happily gifting and going on trips… a true season for family, friends and food. It all feels a bit like home in a weird sand vs. snow kind of way. Every restaurant in town has Iftar and Suhoor meals and buffets coupled with dates and shisha that last from sun down to well in the wee hours of the morning.

Hansgrohe Middle East threw a fun Suhoor at the Mirage One and Only last week with a great selection of lebanese and arabic treats. A great turnout of Designers, Architects and media attended along with the entire Hansgrohe Middle east PR and sales force. Find more images here.

Word has it that the design legend himself (none other than Mr. Philippe Starck) has made yet another smashing hit series for Hansgrohe’s famous Axor collection said to be launched this coming September. The collection that has already been previewed among Hansgrohe sales staff is said to be very unique, innovative and VERY “Starck”. I am looking forward to seeing the collection
